Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern Carreh for Business (the "Service"), provided by Carreh SASU, Société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle (SASU) with share capital of €100, registered office 122 rue Amelot, 75011 Paris, France, RCS Paris 106 275 290, VAT number FR 74 106 275 290 ("Carreh", "we"). They form a contract between Carreh and the company that creates a workspace or signs an order form (the "Customer"). The person who accepts them confirms that they may bind the Customer. The Service is for businesses only and is not offered to consumers.

1. The Service

Carreh for Business is a workspace for business travel and expenses: travel requests and approvals, trips and bookings, receipts and expenses, travel policies and budgets, reports and exports, flight updates and AI features.

Carreh does not sell, book or issue travel. Every booking remains a contract between the Customer or its traveller and the airline, rail company, hotel or other provider. Flight and travel information comes from third parties and can be late, incomplete or wrong. Travellers should confirm important details with their provider.

We improve the Service over time. We will not materially reduce the core functions of a paid plan during a paid period without notice.

2. Accounts and users

The Customer invites its users and gives each a role. The Customer is responsible for its users, for keeping their work email accounts secure and for removing people who leave. Users sign in with a one-time code sent to their work email.

Carreh staff do not open the travel and expense content of a workspace unless the Customer approves it, for a limited time, recorded in the workspace action log, except where the law requires it or to stop abuse or a security incident.

3. Starting a workspace

There is no free trial. The Customer can create a workspace and invite its people at no charge. Trips, expenses, receipts and AI features open once the Customer has chosen a plan and the first payment is set up. A workspace that never starts a plan may be deleted after 90 days.

4. Plans, prices and active travellers

Plans are priced per active traveller per month. An active traveller is a user who, in a billing month, has a trip, a travel request or an expense recorded in the workspace. Users who only approve, review or administer are free.

Each plan has a monthly minimum: 5 active travellers for Starter and 10 for Business. Enterprise is priced by order form. Prices are shown on the pricing page and exclude VAT. Local prices apply to Customers in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden and Denmark; euro prices apply everywhere else.

A yearly plan costs 10 months for 12 and covers the number of active travellers the Customer commits to. Active travellers above that number in a month are invoiced at the monthly price.

We give at least 30 days' notice of a price change. It applies from the next billing period, or from the renewal of a yearly plan.

5. Invoices and payment

Monthly plans are charged at the start of each month for the previous month. Yearly plans are charged in advance at the start of each year of service.

The Customer chooses how to pay. Card: available in every country; card orders are sold and invoiced by our authorised reseller, which acts as merchant of record, collects the payment and adds the VAT or sales tax that applies, under its own buyer terms, which are shown at checkout. Direct debit: through our payment provider GoCardless where it is available in the Customer's country (SEPA, Bacs, ACH, PAD, BECS, BECS NZ, Autogiro or Betalingsservice), under a mandate the Customer signs. Bank transfer: for yearly plans, paid in advance within 30 days of the invoice date.

For direct debit and bank transfer, Carreh SASU issues the invoice.

VAT is charged as the law requires. Customers in the European Union outside France give a valid VAT number so the reverse charge applies.

Late payment carries interest at three times the French legal interest rate and a fixed recovery fee of €40 per invoice, as provided by article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code. We send reminders 7 and 14 days after the due date. If an invoice is still unpaid 30 days after its due date, we may limit the workspace to reading and exporting until it is paid.

6. Term, renewal and cancellation

Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled. The Customer can cancel at any time in the workspace settings or by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month.

Yearly plans renew for another year unless cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date.

Fees already invoiced are not refunded for part of a period, except where the law requires it or where we end the Service without cause.

Either party may end the contract if the other materially breaches it and does not fix the breach within 30 days of written notice. We may end it at once for unlawful use or a serious security threat.

7. Customer data

The Customer owns the data its users put in the workspace ("Customer Data"). The Customer allows Carreh to host, process and display Customer Data only to provide, secure and support the Service and as the Customer instructs.

For personal data in Customer Data, Carreh acts as processor under the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms. We do not sell Customer Data and do not use it to train AI models.

The Customer can export its data at any time. After the contract ends, the Customer has 30 days to export; we then delete Customer Data within 90 days, except records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, and backups that expire on their normal schedule.

8. AI features

AI features read bookings, receipts and documents, suggest the details they contain, explain travel policies and summarise information. AI output can be wrong: users should check it. AI never approves, submits or pays anything on its own; people in the Customer's workspace make every decision. Our AI provider processes the content needed to produce each result and does not use it to train its models.

9. Acceptable use

The Customer and its users must not:

  • use the Service unlawfully or to store unlawful content;
  • try to access another workspace or bypass security or limits;
  • upload malware or overload the Service;
  • use the Service to send unsolicited messages;
  • upload special categories of personal data (for example health information) except where they appear incidentally in travel documents and the Customer has a lawful basis;
  • use the Service in breach of export controls or sanctions.

10. Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available and secure, with planned maintenance where possible outside European business hours. There is no service level commitment unless an Enterprise order form includes one. Support is by email at business@carreh.com, in English and French.

11. Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's confidential information confidential, uses it only for this contract and protects it with reasonable care. This does not cover information that is public, already known, independently developed, or that the law requires a party to disclose.

12. Intellectual property

Carreh owns the Service, its software and the Carreh brand. The Customer keeps all rights in Customer Data. If the Customer sends feedback, Carreh may use it without obligation.

13. Warranties

We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. Otherwise, and as far as the law allows, the Service is provided as it is. We are not responsible for the services of travel providers, for third-party flight information, for errors of banks or payment providers, or for decisions taken on the basis of AI output without checking it.

14. Liability

Neither party is liable for indirect loss, including loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity. Carreh's total liability over any 12-month period is limited to the fees the Customer paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply to fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, or to any liability that French law does not allow to be limited.

15. Suspension

We may suspend access, with notice where possible, to deal with a security risk, a legal requirement or unpaid invoices as described above. We restore access as soon as the reason ends.

16. Changes to these Terms

We tell workspace Owners by email at least 30 days before a material change takes effect, except changes required by law or for security. A Customer that does not accept a change may cancel before it takes effect.

17. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. The parties will first try to settle any dispute amicably for 30 days. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris, France, have exclusive jurisdiction.

18. General

These Terms, the Data Processing Agreement and any order form are the whole agreement. If they conflict, the order form prevails, then the Data Processing Agreement for personal data, then these Terms. Carreh may transfer the contract to a successor or affiliate. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If a clause is invalid, the rest remains in force. Notices are sent by email to the workspace Owner and to Carreh at business@carreh.com.
