Refund policy
- No commitment. Monthly and yearly plans, for companies and agencies, can be cancelled at any time, with no fee.
- Cancel from Billing, or by email. Your plan stays active until your next billing date, then it is not renewed.
- Unused periods are refunded. If your workspace was not used during a paid period, ask within 30 days and we refund it in full.
- Billing mistakes are always refunded, such as a double payment or a charge after you cancelled.
- Used periods are not refunded, in whole or in part, unless the law requires it.
Changing plan
Moving up applies at once, with the difference for the current period charged. Moving down applies from your next billing date.
How refunds are paid
Ask from Billing or at business@carreh.com. We answer within 5 working days. Paddle, our reseller, refunds the payment method you used, usually within 10 working days.
