Every approved trip has its traveller, its dates, its places and its bookings. When something happens, you see who is there, ask them if they are safe, and follow every emergency until it is closed.

Report an emergency
A traveller reports a medical problem, a lost passport, a theft or a security concern from the trip. HR and the travel manager are told at once and follow it to the end.
Safety check-ins
After an incident, ask everyone in a country or on a trip if they are safe. No answer after six hours is escalated.
Insurance and numbers at hand
The company's travel insurance, the assistance line and the local emergency numbers are on every trip.

No. Carreh helps the company coordinate. In an emergency, people call local emergency services first; their numbers are on the trip.
Who sees medical details?
Only the people the company named for it, never Carreh staff and never in an email.
